Each year in the United States, the Thanksgiving holiday falls on the fourth Thursday in November – which also happens to be a Thursday during the Nativity Fast. Thanksgiving is already an interesting phenomenon, a secular holiday with spiritual overtones, or a spiritual holiday that found its way into the secular world.
