My three sons. Our Three Holy Youths. It’s not often they’re all together in one place, but when it’s time for church, the boys gravitate toward the altar and their Dad (in the background doing his Fatherly duties). We could be having a hard day or the boys may be at odds about football or baseball games; yet, when it comes time to attend church, our hearts are softened. I watch and listen as our children ebb and flow through Divine Liturgy like they’ve been at it their whole lives. They teach me, to “lay all earthly care aside.”
